Terms of service

The service
ReviewLoop schedules and sends review request emails to customers you add, and shows you whether those requests were delivered, clicked, and turned into reviews. It does not guarantee reviews: customers decide what they write.
Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and use one account per business. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to email every customer you add.
What you may not do
- Email people who are not your customers, or upload purchased or scraped lists.
- Incentivise, filter, or gate reviews in a way that breaks the review platform's rules.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, or impersonate another business.
- Probe, overload, or resell the service without written permission.
You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam and privacy law that applies to you and your customers, including honouring unsubscribe requests. Every request email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed addresses are suppressed automatically.
Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 10 review requests per calendar month. Pro is $49/mo, billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Founding customers pay $29/mo for as long as they stay subscribed, in exchange for feedback that helps the product improve. Prices exclude any tax we are required to add. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; your current term is unaffected.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing page or by emailing us. Paid access continues to the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate partial months. Refunds are at our discretion, and we will refund a charge you did not intend if you tell us promptly.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running and to send each queued request close to its scheduled time, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Sending depends on third-party email providers and on the recipient's mailbox provider accepting the message.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, risks the deliverability of the sending domain, or is used to send unlawful email, and we will tell you why.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost reviews, or reputational harm.
Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
